I originally did the est Training in New York City in April of 1978. Little did I know where that simple act would lead me. I started assisting the month after I completed the training and continued to do so until 1991 when I completed Productivity, Service and Well-Being.

Over those years I led in excess of 120 guest seminars, directed 10 or 11 graduate seminars, and supervised more that 120 weekends of the est Training or Forum.

Without peer, this was the most impactful thing I’ve done in my life. I have been able to take everything I learned and translate it into my career.
