my marriage, my son, friendships. my life would not have been the same without the est training. i got married after the est training and have a wonderful son; i just wouldn’t have made these commitments before the est training. i also became more spiritual after est and met others who shared similar spiritual beliefs; these people became some of my best friends. i am forever grateful to having being involved in est for several years!
